    The Boothbay Region Democratic Committee will hold its Annual Meeting on Saturday, March 7 at 2:00 PM at the Boothbay Harbor Rotary Club, 66 Montgomery Road, Boothbay Harbor. Light refreshments will be available.


    This is a working meeting and a call to action.
    At this meeting, we will:
    ï‚· Elect or re-elect committee officers
    ï‚· Vote on updated bylaws
    ï‚· Meet and support Democratic candidates for local and state office
    With the midterm elections in sight, the choices we make now will shape how strong, organized, and effective we are in the months ahead.


    Showing up matters!
    Participation matters!
    The democratic values (no matter how imperfect), that we have enjoyed since the end of World War II are under attack, in fact, they have already been pushed to the breaking point.


    Diversity of ingredients make steel strong, diversity of people and viewpoints make a society strong.
    If you care about re-establishing and re-energizing our democracy, supporting Democratic candidates, and strengthening our local committee, this meeting is for you. Bring your voice. Bring your energy. Bring a friend.
    Now is the time to come together and get ready for the work ahead.

    The Fundraising Initiative Group (FIGs) usually meets on the 2nd Thursday of the month at 10:30 am. Usually by Zoom. Sometimes in person. 

    Contact Byron Cortez if you want to help with our fundraising appeals or events. No experience necessary!
